EAVA Artists – Events and Community Barazas

Video Collection

EAVA Artists hosts public events and community barazas that bring people together to engage with art, culture, and human rights. From the Human Rights Are Universal Arts Festival to Mural Jams and film screenings, these spaces spark dialogue, share knowledge, and strengthen solidarity. Community barazas take place in open, accessible settings — where we paint, perform, and hold conversations about the state of human rights, climate justice, and other pressing issues. These gatherings break down barriers between artists, activists, and the public, creating safe, vibrant spaces for exchange, reflection, and collective action.

Human Rights Are Universal Arts Festival -Edition 1

Just like science, art can revolutionize the world — even on a small scale. It gives voice to the voiceless and shines a light on urgent social issues. The first edition of the Human Rights Are Universal Arts Festival proved this truth, using socially engaged art to challenge injustice, shift narratives, and spark the conversations that lead to real change.”

Mural Jam

Mural Jam is more than painting walls — it’s creating public spaces for dialogue, reflection, and action. By turning streets into open-air galleries, we bring art directly to the people, sparking conversations about human rights, climate justice, and other pressing issues. These community-driven murals are a visual call to action, breaking down barriers between artists, activists, and the public. They reclaim public space for expression, challenge harmful narratives, and leave a lasting imprint of hope, resistance, and possibility.

Mural Jam – Raising Awareness on GBV and Human Rights

Mural Jam uses public art to confront gender-based violence (GBV) and promote human rights. By transforming street walls into bold visual messages, we spark dialogue, challenge harmful norms, and amplify the voices of survivors. These community events combine live mural painting with open discussions, creating safe spaces where people can engage, learn, and take action. Each mural becomes a lasting reminder that ending GBV and defending human rights is a collective responsibility.

Mural Jam – Raising Awareness on Human Rights

At EAVA Artists, we use murals to celebrate human rights and the communities who defend them. These vibrant public artworks transform walls into powerful statements of freedom, equality, and dignity. Each mural is both a work of art and a call to action — sparking dialogue, inspiring pride, and reminding everyone that human rights belong to all. By bringing creativity into public spaces, we turn streets into galleries of hope and solidarity.
